Working Dictation Storage#

This folder is where medical dictation files are stored while they are waiting for secure upload and confirmation from auxipro.net servers.

Dictation Archive#

This folder is where medical dictations are stored after the VB app receives upload confirmation from auxipro.net servers. Files are stored here for 2 months and then removed. They are still available from the auxipro.net customer portal.

Working Transcription Storage#

This folder is used to store medical transcriptions that are completed by auxipro.net, have been downloaded and are awaiting review.

Transcription Archive#

This folder is where medical transcriptions are located after review if the review function in the Settings Window is set to move or if the 'Skip Review and Perform Selected "After Review" function' is selected.
